The album in an envelope!

Last month my very great friend and creative partner appletreecafe came to Australia. She captured the visuals for Leopardwood and will be doing the album artwork!

After she left I had 6 days alone at Kalyanka. No internet and no people. I took the opportunity to record the album, 11 tracks in total. I kept a journal blog and took photos each day, which I will share very soon.  It was an intense 6 days, I worked 12 – 14 hours each day to capture the album as best I could.

I have since traveled to Sydney, and am falling more in love with this city each time I visit!

Yesterday: I edited and prepared the files for the next step.

Today: I am sending my portion of the project to Canada where drums, bass and guitar production will take place by some wonderful and talented people.

I’m currently sitting with a little coffee and an envelope with the files in it. I’m sending it the old-fashioned way this time… through the mail! Feels so great to be at this stage in the project already :)

I am raising money to make all of this happen! Click here to learn more about Leopardwood.
